- Plaster portrait bust has been painted with bronze-colored paint and dusted with green material that gives the impression of aged bronze. The miniature American flag is inserted into a slot in the base. Base also contains the full text of the Pledge of Allegiance and the words REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR
Roosevelt's lapel contains the letter V (for victory?). Item is undated and does not contain a maker's mark.
