- Translated Summary: References new evidence presented publicly at a Randall's Island rally held May 3, 1953. Notes that their previous publication of the transcript of the ten day trial resulted in calls for clemency by Professor Albert Einstein, Dr. Harold Urey, Professor Stephen Love and others. The new evidence cited in this brochure pertains to contradictory pre-trial and trial statements by Ruth and David Glassberg (Ethel Glassberg Rosenberg's brother who testified for the state). The piece concludes with a call to "Write Wire President Eisenhower CLEMENCY for the ROSENBERGS." The Rosenbergs are sentenced to death on April 5, 1951 and executed on June 19, 1953.

- The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans. Documents include language and representations which comprise the historical record and should not be interpreted to mean that Cornell University or its staff endorse or approve of negative representations or stereotypes presented.
