- Flat unslipped base. White slipped figure with knees and feet discernible. Red paint in geometric design visible in traces only on anterior portion. Possible tanga depicted
sex not established. Paste: very coarse ground sherd temper, grainy texture, no luster. Surface finish: smoothed and polished prior to the application of white slip and red paint. SLip: Hardness 3 Thickness: < . 5mm Color: 10 YR 7/3 Decoration: Modelling of legs and indescernable geometric pattern in red paint ( 10 R 4/7: dk red) in parallel curvilinear assymmetrical design. Possible depiction of tanga as pubic covering. Firing: red-firing
