- Fragmentary label sewn to back of pennant reads Annin & Co. / New York Process Patented. Item donor Susan H. Douglas dates the item to the 1904 Presidential campaign, but based on its similarity to Woodrow Wilson pennant 2214.PD0081, it is more likely to derive from the 1912 campaign.
