- This satin ribbon with orange wool tassel apparently was issued to commemorate Grover Cleveland's victory in the 1892 Presidential election. Item slightly mis-states Cleveland's term in office, which technically started in 1893 and ended in 1897. There is an illegible maker's mark to the portrait's lower left.
