- In Yiddish. Translated Summary: Involves US funding for Vilna schools. Appears to complain that money sent indirectly has not gotten to the Vilna schools as earmarked, and to request 1. that Saltzman inquire about it and, 2. that money be sent directly to Vilna, to the teachers or active school members.
- The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans.
