- In Yiddish. Translated Summary: Warm greetings. Hopes for closer, more regular correspondence. Happy to hear the settlement in Lower Silesia has stabilized and that the Jews are working better, taking an active role in the 'upswing' that is occurring in Poland. About the "Joint" I can assure you we have our particular share in helping you to win the battle and we will stand fast to help you in everything that is possible. Jakub Egit is later arrested.

The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans.
