- Children's magazine Kinderland published by the Arbeter Ring. Beginning in January 1930, the Ordn Shuln briefly published an unrelated magazine also titled Kinderland. Contents this issue: Poem, “My Grandfather” by Y. Kalushiner; “Sorele and the Little Goat” by Chaver Paver; “R. Moses ben Maimon” by Sh. Tatartshik; Poem “From What?” by M. Z; “A Story without an End” by Yame ‘Pimsnholtz’ (Gopherwood); “The Book of Knowledge” by H. Fabr; “What Grandma Told me about Purim,” by Yakov Shatski; “Waiting in Vain” by M. Brevda; “A Purim Song,” by Y. Adler. Children’s writings with titles including, “The Lonely Child,” “My Little Brother,” “The Confused Man,” “Machines and Human Hands. Also includes riddles, news, a list of (English) books that may appeal to the older child readers, and ads.

- The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans. Documents include language and representations which comprise the historical record and should not be interpreted to mean that Cornell University or its staff endorse or approve of negative representations or stereotypes presented.
