- Description:
- This image shows a cross section of Post Mold 50, a probable Seneca-era post, at the White Springs site; the north half of the soil stain has already been removed. While it is difficult to pick out in this image, the cross-section shows a regular, rounded profile extending 2.4 inches (6 centimeters) below subsoil surface. The post stain is about 6 inches (15 centimeters) in diameter.
