- Description:
- This is a fragment of a Native-made pipe stem. The pipe is made from a pale yellow-brown paste and grit temper, and is burnished to a darker color on the outside. There are some striations circling the mouthpiece end of the stem. The bore remains uncleaned, meaning it may be possible to collect residue from the inside of the pipe stem.
