A Practicable, Medium-Term Program for Working toward Disarmament, 1978
This is a proposal to the Coalition Disarmament Working Group and New Directions' Task Force on the Risk of War in which Randall Forsberg developed requirements for disarmament efforts to be effective. In her proposal Forsberg discusses three features, in her opinion, essential for the peace movement, arms control, and disarmaments efforts to succeed: how to achieve substantial military cuts, end the technological arms race, and lessen military response to international conflicts.
