- 4.2 x 1 x 0.7 (hole) (centimeters, diameter x thickness x bore size)
- Description:
- Disc-shaped spindle-whorl. Grey-brown stone, probably hornfels but possibly sandstone. Pecked and ground to shape, with the hole drilled from both directions. Decorated on both sides with three concentric circles of punctate dots. 19th-century handwriting reads "10" and "144." with two additional illegible marks. Presumed to be Neolithic by association, but could be later.
