- Application for a United Arts Fund grant: it summarizes Ithaca House's mission and operations; provides a list of its literary editors and gallery members; summarizes its activities through 1982; provides a budget; and requests funds for the publication of Chiaroscuro, a book by Roy Marz, and support for gallery exhibitions. The application also includes a selection of poems by Marz, as well as a lightly annotated introduction to his work written by Baxter Hathaway.
