- A.D. Winspear, Abraham Lincoln School letter to IWO General Director of Organization Sam Milgrom, May 14, 1945 confirming IWO subsidized summer session collaboration for Du Sable Lodge 751. Winspear writes: "I am delighted that the International Woikers Order has decided to organize this institute with us and feel confident that the collaboration will be mutually profitable and satisfactory." The program was brought together by IWO Vice President and President of the Illinois District, Louise Thompson Patterson who organized the Chicago IWO Du Sable Lodge.
