ON BACK: A Cornell graduate, Randall J. LeBoeuf, Jr. of Old Westbury, N.Y., was re-elected secretary of the United Service Organization at a recent meeting celebrating the second anniversary of the U.S.O. at the Hotel Astor in New York. At the meeting the presiding officer read letters commending the work of the U.S.O. from President Roosevelt, Secretary of War Stimson, Secretary of the Navy Knox, Admiral E.J. King, and Governor Thomas E. Dewey. Mr. LeBoeuf recieved his LL.B. degree from Cornell in 1920. - Also: Brigadier General Russell B. Reynolds (left?) and Rear Admiral Felix L. Johnson (Center?) (Representatives of President Truman).
